Bee Kind NZ orders are packed and sent from Ōpōtiki, New Zealand.

We send orders throughout New Zealand and overseas, with shipping options shown at checkout before payment.

Where possible, we use recyclable, reusable and lower waste packaging. Some reused packaging may also be used to reduce waste.

If you have a question about your order, delivery, shipping address or an item that has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

For returns or product issues, please email us with your order number, photos if needed, and a brief description of the problem.
