A natural wooden floor wax and timber finish made with beeswax, carnauba wax and quality oils to nourish, protect and enhance interior timber.

Bee Kind™ Wooden Floor Wax is a solvent free, breathable timber wax finish for wooden floors, timber walls, doors, panels, furniture and other absorbent wood surfaces. It helps protect dry timber, improves water resistance and brings out the natural grain, colour and patina of the wood.

This 2.2L pail is ideal for large wooden floor projects, timber homes, furniture restoration, workshops, builders, tradies and repeat buyers wanting a natural wood wax finish without solvents, turps or artificial fragrance.

Coverage

Approx. 20 to 22m² per 2.2L pail, depending on the timber, surface condition, absorbency and number of coats applied. Dry, bare or freshly sanded timber may require more product and more than one coat.

As a guide, coverage is approx. 5m² per 500g on most wooden floors and absorbent timber surfaces.

How to use

Apply a thin coat with a soft cloth, brush or sponge. Rub well into the timber and allow to dry for at least 2 hours. Apply extra thin coats if needed, buffing between coats for a higher sheen.

Preparation

Apply to clean, dry, well sanded timber. Remove old sealants, dirt and dust first. Always test on a hidden area before use.

Important for damp or humid homes

If timber has been exposed to damp, mould or humidity, treat the wood first with a suitable mould treatment such as white vinegar or borax. Allow the timber to dry fully before waxing.

Cleaning and care

Dust or wipe with a dry cloth. Rewax when the timber looks dull or dry. Avoid water, soaps, vinegar, citric acid, bleach, alkaline cleaners and harsh cleaning products on waxed surfaces.
